Indicative Rates
RATES FOR GROUP BOOKINGS:
$55 for group booking for more then twelve persons.
RATES PER VILLA
From $225 per night per villa ( for weekly stays ($1575.00/week)
Couple tariff of $185 including children below the age of ten.
Overnight stays $370 per seven person villa, per night.
If the booking is for three nights (370x3 = $1,110.00) champagne, chocolates and flowers are part of the arrangement provided.
Rest rates are half price for five hours.
Children up to ten years free of charge
Extra Adult $50 + 21% holiday loading
Group bookings are available from twelve persons at $55 per night.

Deposits are 10% to 50% of booking value (minimum $50) Without deposit no booking confirmation may be issued. There is no deposit refund if we can not fill the villa/s for 100% of your booking period
